2016 Tennis Hermant Cup Champion!

Hi, how’s everybody?

It’s been a while since my last post. I’ve been busy with school, work, tennis, friends but i always make sure to be up to date with our Kinetips.com blog.

Last week, i won The Tennis Hermant Cup Championship at the Queen’s Tennis Club in Toronto, Ontario, Canada. You can see me in the picture, proudly holding the cup with my double partner and friend, Virgil Sammartin.

Finishing first gave my team (University Of Montreal) a money prize that we will use to fund our 2016-2017 tennis season. Also worth a mention, Mcgill University from Montreal too, finished second in that tournament.

Don’t forget to follow us on Instagram where we have almost 3500 followers! https://www.instagram.com/kinetips/

Did any of you won a particular competition in the past? Let me know, i’m curious to know what kind of champion we have here hehe 🙂

Have a good week all!

  2. Congratulations for a well deserved trophy and the prize money too!!!
You asked if we have won anything, the answer is yes. I would say about fifty five years ago I won gold medals in track and field. Now at the age of 73 my trophy’s are my three grown children who by the by are well educated and are all productive citizens. They have also gifted me with a few trophies, grandchildren who are beautiful, intelligent, respectful, loving, kind and fun to be with. Much like yourself. Kudos to your parents because without them you would not be holding that trophy.
Haven’t won any gold medals lately but I do have a published book at the amazon.com/kindle Store called ‘The Italian Thing’. Not to shabby for a person my age eh? :o)

    • First, thank you for your kind words! You are so right when you say that being a productive respectful citizen is way ahead of only being a good athlete. We’ve seen in the past that good athlete don’t always rhyme with respectful citizen. Your children and grandchildren good values are worth way more over a simple materialistic medal. No matter the age, we will always have to do things that keeps us feeling alive 🙂
